There is no initial cost to list your property with us. You decide the level of service you wish us to provide.
Level 1 – self-service – 20% booking fee:
Your property will receive a feature page with full description and a slideshow or gallery of up to 15 photos.
We handle all inquiries and bookings generated from our marketing campaigns – you do the lease.
If you make our calendar the primary calendar, your property will show up in live availability searches.
We collect our 20% fee directly from the guest – you collect the remaining 80% as you normally would.
A simple contract authorizing us to market your property and collect a 20% fee is all that’s required.
Level 2 – full service – 30% booking fee:
Your property will receive a feature page with full description, a slideshow or gallery of up to 15 photos and access to our live availability calendars and online booking system.

provide a complete marketing, booking and vacation-rental accounting service
handle all inquiries, bookings and lease documents generated from our marketing campaigns
collect 100% of the booking cost and manage all funds and deposits until a guest departs
remit the 10% Bahamian tax to the government on your behalf on a monthly basis
co-ordinate services such as check-in/out, key drop-off, 24-hour assistance and concierge
arrange housekeeping following the check-out and during a guest stay, if requested

Q – How do I reserve the property for my own use?
A – Just visit your own property’s feature page on our site, select your arrival and departure dates and proceed to the booking form. Fill out the required fields and select “I own this property” from the payment method drop-down box. This will instantly block the dates you want and one of our agents will contact you for clarification. It’s that simple!
Q – How does the money change hands for a vacation-rental booking?
A – We collect 100% of the booking cost, including the 10% Bahamian hotel tax. The funds are placed in a trust account in Canada where they remain until a guest departs the property. We remit the 10% hotel tax to the government on your behalf on a monthly basis, reserve our service fee and send the remainder to you. We collect a security deposit from the guest and hold it until 14 days following departure to ensure that everything is in order with the property.
Q – What expenses are NOT included in the 30% booking fee?
A – Although we will co-ordinate the vacation-rental services, housekeeping and concierge for you, those expenses are not always written in stone. Therefore, we subcontract those services on your behalf through qualified, licensed Bahamian businesses. We will pay for these expenses out of your net rental revenue to streamline the rental process.
Q – Why do you use PayPal?
A – PayPal is known and trusted world-wide as one of the most secure methods for transferring funds via the internet. It’s a great way for guests to pay us, either with PayPal or using a credit card through PayPal. The credit card fee is only 3% and security deposits can be refunded without any cost. We can easily transfer revenue to owners with PayPal accounts and owners can withdraw the funds into their own bank accounts free of charge.
