Casual elegance best describes Villa Reverie, a 4,000 sq. ft. contemporary ocean-front get-away, situated on the more exclusive end of the gated community of February Point Resort Estates, a highly sought-after vacation community.
With its uninhibited views of Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island, the villa offers its own infinity pool, gazebo, jetty at the bottom of the garden where you can swim or moor the boat, and access to the February Point beach. Within the community, there are tennis courts, and a bar and restaurant which serves superb island cuisine.
Built on three levels, each with a wrap-around veranda, the 4-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom villa comfortably sleeps eight. The top floor contains only the 40-ft. long master bedroom suite with a whole wall of glass doors leading onto a private terrace with twin loungers and a 32” plasma TV. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub, as well as walk-through closets.
The main floor with its dramatic double-storey foyer has huge windows and an open-plan design. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops looks onto the dining area and there is a large outdoor table for al fresco dining.
The villa’s lower level contains 2 bedrooms, a sofa-bed and a small kitchenette to give kids or guests their own privacy. This floor leads onto the pool area.

With breathtaking views from each room, and covered wrap-around terraces on every floor, the villa is tastefully furnished, boasting limestone floors, air conditioning, TV, stereo system, satellite or cable, DVD and CD and wireless broadband internet access. A housekeeping service is available. Lots of outdoor seating and a gas barbecue are perfect for entertaining.
Close by are baby-sitting services and opportunities for deep sea fishing, beachcombing, snorkeling, fly fishing, golf, and everything to make your vacation one to remember.

At the beginning of your vacation you will be met either at the airport or at the villa (whichever is agreed beforehand) with a representative of Island Easy and be given a full run down of the villa and the island.
There is a booklet in the villa with all the useful pieces of information and contact details you may require during your stay.Island Easy are located within 5 minutes of the villa so are ‘on hand’.
You can use Island Easy to cutomize your stay as you wish. We can arrange food and beverages before you arrive, daily chef services by a Bahamian chef if you prefer, to babysitting and sightseeing tours by boat and general help and advice.

The Bahamas is ideally located less than 100 miles off the coast of Florida, a few hours by boat or twenty minutes by plane. Great Exuma Island International Airport is easily accessible on direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Montreal Canada. There are several flights from Nassau to Exuma daily. Flights direct to Nassau include North Carolina and Atlanta, Toronto and New York, London with convenient links to many major American and European cities.
